good value for money
Good value for money. Just installed and was straight forward. Very quiet on both indoor and outdoor units.Easy to commission and works well. Only negative comment would be the outside condenser unit does not have protective grill for coil on side or rear of unit.

Not installable as supplied
This comes with no pipe work. The sales info doesn’t make that clear. They can say they didn’t say it did!! But most ac units come with pipework. When you add the cost of connecting pipe this works out more expensive than units that do include pipe work. Avoid this unit if you are looking for easy to install ac unit.

Air con unit is basic model ,eg not as pictured ,no temp display on front ,no auto swing movement ,its manual.but saying that all installed and working OK, but in insight would have spent a bit more for extra features
