So very disappointed . I have only used this brand dryer for years . I have only only had it since June! At firsts I noticed the heat being weird then it just completely shut off . You might has well but a cheap brand it will last wayyy longer . And they pretty much throw it out of their hands when something happens as I read down the reviews . Maybe it is better dealing and buying from the real companies instead of the 2nd parties . For all we know it could be refurbished . Lesson learned the hard and expensive way .

I love this brand. I had the Italian version but in the us, with the adaptor, was not functioning well so I just decided to buy the same brand but with the us plug.Totally satisfy, the brand was advices by my hair stylist.
