SAMSUNG Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, US Version, 128GB, Phantom Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

The device I received arrived in excellent condition. I could not see any visible marks, not were there any scratches on the screen. The battery was in excellent health as well. I am completely happy so far with the decision to purchase a renewed phone rather than paying more than twice what I paid for a new device. Ihave not had any issues with the S21 ultra so far. I was planning to use this device for at most 1.5-2 years before upgrading, but if this phone holds up with time, I could see multiple myself using this device until 2028, or longer. We shall see. Just a great phone, still works like a new high end galaxy. Highly recommend.

I truly loved this phone and it worked fantastically for about 3 weeks... However out of the blue one day it refused to recognize my phone service unless I was connected to a wifi. I thought it may bey phone carrier and took it up with them first. However after numerous troubleshooting and even swaping the sim cards it was determined that the phone had a software glitch of some kind and I was left with no option but to return it. I am currently waiting on a refund and fully intend to purchase another one with hope I'll have better luck this time around.

I upgraded from my s20 ultra to this. I was a little worried buying used cause I've had not so good expectancies previously, excellent condition I guess means different things to different people.. but the time was actually my best experience. The phone i got looked brand new, no it wasn't in original box, but the body has zero wear signs on it. Nothing. If it was put into a Samsung original box, I'd easily believe it's brand new. I switched over from my S20 ultra, transferred everything over, including my Esim, and within a few hours it was up n running a my new phone. And everything is working perfectly, cameras, sensors, screen, battery, everything. I'm loving it. I even found the exact same case I had, so it even kinda like n feels like my old phone.This time it was a very positive experience. But of course beware every one could be very different

The phone came literally as described and better than expected, the screen quality is excellent, the fingerprint reader works it functions as described the battery life lasts long and the phone does not overheat, not to mention the 100x zoom , I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a phone, mine did not have any scratches or damage. Plus it came with a c type to c type usb! Very fast phone as well no lag on my end.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra exceeded my expectations. The display is super sharp, the performance is fast, and the camera quality is amazing. Battery life is solid even with heavy use. I received the phone in perfect condition, exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a premium Android experience.

This is the second refurbished phone I have purchased from Amazon and the quality and appearance is equal to a new phone. I have always in the past just bought new phones but not any more. The price and performance has been great, the different features of the phone like the fingerprint reader etc. work great. I have no complaints The phone comes packaged nicely and instructions on exactly how to activate without having to go through much trouble at alll

The description says that is a refurbished excellent condition phone, the screen is perfect probably have been reemplased, the phone works good but the condition of the frame and the cameras has a lot of dents and I feel like I been scammed, I will not return the phone just because I bought it has a secondary work phone and I was looking for cheap performance cellphone and I guess you get what you pay for. Just be aware if you buying this as your main cellphone i do not recommend this refurbished ones, they always will have damage on them, I was expecting minor scratches not big damage like I show on the pictures. Another thing when I open the orders to leave this review the same excellent condition phone price was $20 less than I have pay for in les than 4 hours because I ordered at 11am and was delivered in the afternoon prime same day.

I'm so happy with my new phone, I love the Galaxy phones. I would give it a 5 star but I took off a star because I had to buy it twice. The first time the phone was locked and I had to send it back to the sellers to get it fixed and I had to pay for the shipping and it was a mess. They ended up not being able to fix it and they refunded me. I took a chance again and saw when they got their stock back up, I bought one. The second phone works perfect and was unlocked this time. I took a chance because I really wanted it and my husband previously bought one and had no issues. I'm so happy with my new phone it's fantastic. It has the best camera in my opinion.
