The quality of this juice is really good, but you should know that it's very strong. VERY STRONG and hot. This is not a complaint because real ginger is beaming out of this all over. I'd hoped for weaker to use in flavoring sodas & sauces, but it's just too strong for me. Even just a few drops in a sauce or drink made it too hot/strong for me.If you're looking for the authentic taste & heat of ginger, this is what you want. You'll be happy. The smell is divine <3 I ended up freezing it in cubes to use in simmer pots with other lovely ingredients to fragrance my house all winter. I didn't want to waste it :)I'm sad this juice was too much for me, but I'm happy it exists. I think it's a rare find. If you love ginger, buy it!
