The design of the door lock is reasonable, but the fit of the components was a bit off. Some screws and screw holes were misaligned. Cover plate on the inside would not fit if the unit was tightened so it wouldn't move around. It takes overly firm keypad presses to make them beep. If I bought another digital deadbolt, I would do more research for a better brand.

Great product for a great price. A year later and still working great. It goes through batteries somewhat quickly if used often, but worth it for the convenience and price. Easy to install and set up. Looking into purchasing more.

Uses batteries quick, handle not the sturdiest, great started lock to see if it's an investment worth purchasing a more expensive one.

The exterior handle keeps falling off the assembly. Of course this means i have to buy another lock, reinstall and send this one back. Very frustrating.UPDATE - the company sent a new set. Same issue. The door is rarely even used but after 1 month the handle is lose and has fallen off again. Very poor quality.
