We live in the country so I wanted an off road vehicle that was durable, fast and cost effective. The mini Granite has been the perfect addition to the fleet. It’s small enough I can take it anywhere and doesn’t require a bunch of parts. It just works. It’s not a rocket but it also doesn’t break when it wrecks. It’s not brushless so it can get a little wet. The body is thick and shows little to no use. Ours mostly gets used on mowed lawns, gravel and dirt. Replacement parts are cheap and available if needed but I’ve yet to break anything.

Great RC car for beginners with adjustable power settings. Body can be very difficult to get on and off and the charger that comes with the car quit working after 3 charges and had to get a lipo smart charger to charge the batteries.

This thing is a blast to drive. It's been charged about 6 times total so far and the rear differential is already blown. I'm not a fan of weak components. I'll try another brand after some research. I understand this is a budget rc truck but I would expect it to last a longer than 6 battery charges before a component broke on it... I would consider this a hobby grade RC and it has parts support but I just wish it lasted longer. Right now it works but it just does fwd burnouts because the rear differential blew on it. 3 our of 5 because it's still a blast to drive once repaired. And after my research, the cost to fun ratio is still very nice.

Don't know if i just got a lemon but it is not a quality product. Day one first battery, shocks fell apart covering the truck in oil. Body mount fell off, so body would not stay on. Motor stopped working. My son was very excited for his birthday, but was very disappointed 20 minutes later. Maybe it would be fine for running around the carpet in your house.
