Gorgeous birthday present
Beautiful set. Lots in the box. Lovely heads and ribbon. The butterfies are a nice size for painting. Lots of paint colour choice. Bought for a six year old girl birthday present.

Not for young children I think
It says 3 + but even I found it quite challenging to get a really neat result! I suggest a careful 7 year old would get a result they could be proud of. Most 3 year olds would make a mess and be happy, but I suggest a less intricate design would be more satisfying for them. The paint-pen things are not fine enough to get into the narrow bits on this, but it provides some nice fine brushes so they did the job. Also, we ran out of paint before we had done half of the butterflies. Just as well I had some suitable pens to finish the rest. The beads are lovely.

Fantastic
Great family fun, kept us all chilled and focused for well over an hour. Which anyone who has children will know is a really accomplishment. Both my 12year old & my 8 year old loved it.
