No idea about the Vitamin contain. But the flavour is not good. It tastes too sour and I really don't like it. It is obviously not as good as the effervescent tablets I bought from Boots, which is also more expensive than this one. So considering the cheap price, I give 3 stars. Recommend only to those who can bear strong sour taste. I can not bear and will not buy again absolutely.

Take one a day every morning. Had a problem with acid build up due to a medical condition, that caused the worst gout imaginable. Taking these has stopped it completely. Will definitely get again and again.

Lack on favour,taste weird. Not sure about the vitamins either. I have tried Tesco brand in a past and wanted to switch and must say Tesco is far better taste wise and vitamins content. I would not buy this again.

I am very pleased with this product ,I have bought similar products for some years but was pleased to find 3 different flavours ,the taste is very refreshing and the colour delicate and a good price . Arrived very quickly and I will buy again Highly recommended '

I really found the taste of these very bitter. I thought I'd try the different flavors to change things up from my usual orange flavor as I take vitamin C everyday but I'm now left with 6 tubes I can't use as the taste is really off putting. If you can tolerate just "swigging" your vitamin C back then I suppose they're alright
