A lot of bang for buck
If you are looking to upgrade your old basic factory stereo to an Apple Carplay / Android Auto display, and you're on a budget, this is probably the best bang for your buck you will find. I installed on a 2012 Subaru Impreza. I definitely needes the separate dash kit (the included fascia and brackets did not fit) and wiring harness (I got the harness with included steering wheel control wiring and was able to retain most of the steering wheel controls without needing the separate adapter). Double check what you need for your specific make/model.Install was actually fairly easy, just make sure you pay attention to the wiring diagrams. I used a cheap crimp kit from Harbor Freight to get the job done. Installing the backup camera was a bit more tricky (had to splice into the reverse light and drill a few holes) but you'll be fine if you watch a few YouTube videos.Setup is also pretty straightforward. Android Auto works great and the stereo sounds at least as good as, if not better, than the factory stereo. The fridge default screen settings are a bit dim and murky, so I boosted the brightness and saturation settings to improve it. Backup camera works great. Some reviews have complained about the camera having permanent alignment grids in the field of view but that was not the case for mine. The only grids in mine are adjustable and removable in the head unit software. Additionally, their support email is very fast and responsive (although you may have to decipher some of their odd English at times). It isn't perfect. Occasionally the Bluetooth doesn't pair on its own and requires manual pairing. The screen quality is good, but not great (I think they have a more expensive QLED model). The steering wheel control settings don't have an option for a "mic" or "voice" button, which means if you have that button on your wheel you won't be able to use it to active Siri or Google Assistant. These are minor quibbles, especially if you go to Crutchfield and compare to even your least expensive option for wireless Carplay/Android, backup camera, etc, which will be at least 400 bucks. If your car is already kind of old and not worth spending a ton of money on a state of the art head unit, this is a very inexpensive option that will get you 90% of the functionality of a brand name unit that costs you triple. Nice way to upgrade an older car for under 200 bucks all in!

Crystal clear and great working head unit screen.
Very vice product. It boots up fast and has many nice options included. The customer support is so great. They installed new wall paper and boot logos I supplied to them in one day. The updates were very easy to install. I attached a sub woofer and use the head unit controls and output. The bass is powerful. Very good product.

Good Price, looks good, easy to install, Bluetooth is great.
A nice little double DIN Bluetooth radio that I finally got installed after some wiring harness trouble. I had a challenge getting the correct wireharness to work with the JBL factory amps. Once that was squared away, the radio sounds great, the bluetooth connects right away when the car is turned on and the music starts playing and the map comes up as we previously had it after turning off the vehicle. It came with the remote control that is of the small size and fits into a compartment easily. The radio appeard bright enough to see all of the display during the day. I will take some time to try out the radio and performance and add more to the review later. I am completely satisfied and would but this again. I installed in a 2005 Toyota Tundra with the JBL factory amp.

7" display. I love it!
I wanted to replace the outdated single DIN head unit in my old truck. It’s a great truck but it’s a 2007 so I wasn’t interested in spending a ton of money. I just wanted something I could use with apple car play for music and navigation. The added back up camera was an added bonus. The ability to link my phone wirelessly with Apple Car Play is perfect. I hate cords dangling everywhere so being able to automatically connect to this head unit with car play without even removing the phone from my pocket is exactly what I want. Voice commands using Siri have been working well so far. That being said, you can only link one phone to the system so multiple users are out of luck without deleting and pairing a new device. There IS a USB port so I assume you could connect another device using that but I didn't try it. The provided back up camera works well but I opted for one with a more streamline factory look in the latch of the truck tailgate. The backup camera system works flawlessly. I also added a front camera since my newer car has 360 cameras I’ve discovered it’s a nice feature to have available. The system works well with my existing speakers, amp and subwoofer but I’ll admit I need to get the subwoofer dialed in again after installing the new head unit. I’ll take care of that once I have an extra set of hands to help me make adjustments. The vendor was very responsive to email and was willing to send me the latest firmware updates as well as a custom boot up logo and custom wallpaper from a photo I took. All in all I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase so far. Everything I need with a few nice extras that are nice to have. Installation was as simple as matching the colored wires and soldering good connections and it is a vast improvement in aesthetics to the Kenwood single DIN it replaced. I am completely satisfied and may actually buy another one for my other old truck. The photos are from before I secured the trim. Long winded review but is it really a review of a product if you just complain about the packaging or shipping which has nothing to do with the actual product? This product was indeed well packed and shipped quickly. Again, no complaints. If you are looking for a reasonably priced product that seems to do everything its supposed to do with what so far seems like great customer support I would suggest you consider this one. I will update the photos when I update the custom boot logo and wallpaper. I can't wait to see how it looks!
