Q: Do the brush heads use standard drill bit 6 sided key way?

Any drill should work fine with this set.

Q: drillImpact drill to 1/4" rachet extensions to stndrd 6 sided drill bit adapter- are these brush heads standard drill bit?

These brushes fit any normal cordless drill or driver. The only problem I had was the shaft on the bigger brush broke. Try not to exert too much pressure on them.

Q: Will this scratch my oven glass?

I've never used mine on glass. When it comes to oven glass I've always used oven cleaner,. Let penetrate for 20 minutes and then I use Mr clean miracle eraser.hope that holes.

Q: Three medium bristle brushes (Y/G/B)... which one is best to clean a plastic/resin based insert style tub and shower pan/floor with no marring?

I used the largest brush to clean the floor of my fiberglas shower and it worked well. I also used baking soda instead of a gritty cleaner.
