Have tried it once on a short flight- not as comfortable but I try help me avoid neck pain.

Nice and soft
I use this in the car as I have a pinched nerve in my neck. It helps to support it and I slept for 2hrs in car with it after nerve ablation. So quite comfy.

Thick and comfortable
This was perfect for traveling. It was a little tall, and I'm a shorter person with a shorter neck so it took me a couple of minutes to find a comfortable position with it. But once I did, it worked perfectly! Loved the pink color too!
