I don't usually do reviews but figured this my help someone that is looking for a foot drop brace. I wear a size 10 the xl fits me perfect. I first ordered the one that u can find with the pump up air. I didn't like that one it wasn't comfortable. So I returned that one and ordered this one without the pump. I love this brace I wear it to work 10 hrs a day and all day now for a week and it is so comfortable that u don't even feel it on. I have ordered so many different braces since having foot drop the very expensive one for $300 , it works but is the most uncomfortable thing ever leaves sores on the back of my leg. I like the ones that goes around your ankle then connects to your shoe laces. I don't have a problem with that one just that u are limited on what shoes u have to wear. This one is so comfortable and u can wear any shoes or no shoes at all. U can even wear it to bed to keep your foot straight. There is only one thing I find wrong with it, if u wear no shoes u can catch the bottom of the brace on things when walking so if I decide to walk around with no shoes I take soft bandage tape and wrap it around my foot so I can't catch on things or I guess u could put your sock over the top of it my work also.

Confortable, strong and lightweight, it does the job for my drop foot. And it's easy to use with almost all kind of shoes.

First of …. The instructions are in Chinese ,it does not stabilize or help your feet while walking ….When you put it in your shoes , it stretches your shoes and your feet hurt … you can’t wear it for longAnd you can’t wear it in sandals, your feet slips right out .To sum it up ! This at a product you want to waste your money on !
