Its really a good bar as I bought it for my kids to hangup or doing there gymnastic activities. When I recieved I couldn't understand the instructions that how it can be fix in between the wall, and I tried it but couldn't fix it.on the first moment I felt that it is useless..after understanding the instructions then I tried It again it was too easy amd fix tights between the wall more than my expectations.Really a good product now Iam happy with this even my kids are so happy.If anyone will this I recommens that first understand the instructions properly then try to fix otherwise you will waste your energy alot like me just on fixing. :)

Good product... But very difficult to fix in the door frame

Read the instructions carefully before installation, then it's really quite simple. We use it for my 5 year old and 1 year old at various heights for various kinds of monkeying around and they love it. Easy to remove and install, sturdy item with a good grip. Definitely recommend.

I've been using it a lot, it's really stable and hasn't even budged in 8 months, I've been testing it with weighted pull-ups, swinging on it (carefully), added gymnastics rings to them. The only complaint is that the foam padding is tearing and the actual metal bar is way too thin to comfortably do anything on it.

This is strong as it handles my weight at 118 kgs but I can’t use it on anything apart from a door frame.. plus there was no manual

I have a 90cm door frame and I tried to tighten the bar as much as humanly possible for over 30 mins. I weigh 80 kilos and even without the full extent of my weight hanging on the bar, it continues to slip down. This product could be suitable for kids only. The load capacity of 400 lbs as mentioned on the instruction manual is simply untrue.

Got this item recently and using it every day. Fixed it on a passageway opening (and not on a door frame since I was worried of damaging the wooden frame and preferred a more solid surface for better grip and stability). The product stayed tightly in place even though I weigh approximately 85 Kg and after regular use. I was quite happy with the build quality of the product as well and would recommend for anyone looking for a similar item.
