Nice chairs. The chairs were a little difficult to put together because the instructions were not very clear. It probably took me about 1.5 hours to assemble the first chair just because the instructions were difficult to understand. The chair took about 30 minutes.Excellent customer service. One of the seat boards broke after one use. I contacted the seller and the entire chair was replace.

The chairs are beautiful, the wood is not as hard as I expected. Wood split on one part so I proceeded carefully. Instructions were acceptable but the pieces were not all numbered as described, I was able to figure it out with a little patience. Overall, I’m satisfied since the price was reasonable for what I got

Sit on these chairs and they break the arms fall off of them and they’re very difficult to assemble and put together. Terrible product would not want to buy these anymore and want my money back. They totally suck.

Cute and comfortable but did not hold up in weather well.

The instructions are not written well (just sketches). You need a higher level of assembly know how to get these assembled. Once you get it figured out the others can go together much easier. I had to use some longer screws in one or two locations. One of the chairs was just plain awful - the holes were off alignment and the other fasteners were weak and pulled out. The chair is leaning and it is unsafe to sit in. There is a warranty card inside the box but when you contact that company they say they are not responsible since you did not buy it directly from them. The seller at first wanted me to pay for return shipping upfront - which is not feasible. I am at a loss here because I need 4 chairs that match but don't want to order another 2. The seller since resolved this with me so I upped my rating. I wish I would have spent more to get better quality but as long as the seller makes it right it is okay.
