These mats are absolutely beautiful and a really good find for the price.One side is matte and slightly textured, the other is smooth thicker and shinier and even though very easy to clean, it does get slight imprints from hot plates or cups.Both are have a beautiful shade of gold. Looks gorgeous against my dark wooden table.Some previous customers complain that the masks arrived bent or folded. It was not the case for me as the package arrived completely flat and ready to be use immediately.Would definitely buy again

These would have been perfect with my holiday decor for the table. But they arrived with large bubbles in the back of the placemat and one had what looked like a black magic marker spot. Definitely disappointed in the quality for the price of the items.

These will not clean easy if you're using them for dinner mats. I used them in my daughter's room to protect her dressers and desk. They have a shiny plastic side that if you turn them over it will clean easy and not hold stains. The other side is the side meant to be shown and I love the look. I would use them in my dinning room but not for spaghetti dinners. (tomato sauce would stain them)Other then that I love these they are beautiful and make my daughter's room look spectacular with her silver furniture.

I bought these to use in my classroom for a young lady to practice setting the table. They are very durable and easily wipe clean, exactly the properties I was looking for in this situation. But, they have not made it to my classroom because they are just too darn pretty for me to part with! They are very glittery, sparkling silver and look stellar on my black and white granite bar! Guess I will have to order some more for my classroom!
