VegTrug Greenhouse Cover with Support Frame

Generally speaking, it works well and looks great. My only complaint is that the box is V-shaped which means the sides are not very deep compared to the center. It's important to know where to grow your veggies/etc to assure they have adequate depth. Also, you will need to water more often than some systems that hold the water in a reservoir. this system allows the water to run out the bottom.

I bought the trug & for the cover as an afterthought. So glad I did. Not one bug in my lettuces. It also keeps the wind off & keeps the birds from stealing my berries.

This item is a snap to use, literally! Took only a few minutes to set up the frame, the pieces just push/snap into the connectors. The cover fits perfectly over the frame & has easy to reach velcro strips to secure it to the frame. However, no where could I find if this cover is the same as the frost cover & I wasn't sure if I needed to buy that separately. My order arrived the day of an expected cold snap & the cover worked to protect my young plants from the 29-32 degree temperatures.

The frame is easy to assemble and cover fits well. The center zipper allows easy access and ventilation. We have an especially windy patio area but the cover remained in place with little disruption. It would be helpful to have additional velcro attachments to help hold down the cover.

Here in Santa Fe the weather is unpredictable to say the least. Huge fluctuations from day to night, day to day and very windy in the spring. This cover allowed us to plant in April and harvest already in May. Fantastic!!! Zipper edge loose in one place, so I duct taped it. Worked fine.

As a physically handicapped person who loves to play in the soil this is the perfect answer. Over stuffed it first year, will go less this year and allow son to plant in ground. Also bought some bags that can be raised. Would buy again if $$$$$$

very easy to assemble, like the way it extends down over the planter itself to help protect plants...the only reason it didn't get a 5 is because I thought it would be frost protection and it is not. :o( But still LOVE my planter...want a few more, it is HUGE and I love the fresh produce and I do see the screen as being awesome for bug protection!

Purchased for the medium VegTrug. Installed 3 days ago so this review doesn't cover how well it holds up to weather. In my case, Arizona summers. It came with all the required parts. Directions are not extensive, but they don't need to be. Very easy to assemble. The material seems durable (frame and cover). Once assembled it is sturdy. Not cheaply designed. I was able to install it over an active garden without damaging my plants.
