They are great

Although not the cheapest on offer I paid more for these batteries because of the advertised capacity, and in the hope that the higher price would be matched by better quality. All the batteries arrived partially charged as expected and I used my (new) NiMH charger to bring them up to a full charge. To my disappointment one of the batteries refused to charge further (permenent red charging light on that battery compartment). I tired the battery in all four compartments, then tried using a second NiMH AA and AAA specific charger. The battery still refused to charge to the full charge indicator., despite being given multiple charging period as required by the other batteries. I have now given up and put the battery into my bluetooth mouse to see how long it lasts and whether it will charge up once it has been fully discharged. I will update in due course.It is not worth the trouble and expense of a journey to the Post Office to return the whole 16 battery pack as faulty. Be advised that if purchasing this product there is a risk of faulty battery(ies) in the pack which reduces the value to the end-user, particularly if you should intend to use the batteries as specific individual sets of 4 so you can better keep track of usage and recharge history, and not mix ages and usage according to the manufacturer's advice on recharging.

The batteries are of good quality. Used the for external flashes light over the weekend and they performed excellently well.

Charged to full capacity but it is far too early to be able to give any opinion on longevity.This is the sort of product that cannot be properly evaluated for a year or more - unless it fails a short time into usage. I have some similar batteries bought over six years ago that are still doing good service, so that is the comparison criteria to set.

Poor quality products. I've tested these in many devices. They last a reasonable amount of time compared to a standard energizer AA. Unfortunately, many of the batteries, even after being charge correctly died within the first 3 months. I would not recommend these and have had much better performance and longevity with Panasonics Eneloop AA's.
