I love these packets because they are not that sweet compared to a sports drink or even Pedialyte. I love that I can get electrolytes naturally with just matcha and coconut water. You have to stir the powder well because it tends to pool at the bottom. That’s the only downside to this product. Still give it 5 stars because it is my favorite way to refuel after a long day at work or a workout! Definitely recommend, and worth ordering even though it’s usually an add-on item.

This tastes like boiled grass, with a dash of Pledge surface cleaner. No lemon just the chemicals.BUT. I was on the verge of having to go to the ER to get fluids. Night sweats most terrible had me waking up 2 -3 times a night needing to change the bedding and set pillows aside because they were soaked through. :( My lips would be cracked, my throat and mouth so dry I couldn't swallow. I was going through bottles and bottles of water, Gatorade and everything else just to try to keep up with the loss. My skin was still constantly aching.Just one packet of this in a bottle of water and it will rehydrate me. It tastes like boiled grass (And I love matcha) but it WORKS. That's enough for me. Especially to avoid all the sugar and additives in all the other options.

I made the good mistake of putting one stick of Hydrate powder into only one 16oz bottle of water. I saw later that one stick makes 3-8oz bottles of water, so I tried it that way. I thought the flavor was too diluted and I would rather put the whole one stick into one 16 oz for more flavor. Also how is a person supposed to divide one stick of powder into 3 bottles??

This is too expensive to throw out. Its is an acquired taste for sure. I drank them but there are others out there that tastes better.
