Cuisinart 6117-14 Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 14-Inch Lasagna Pan

Excellent pan. I use it for routine Indian cooking ;-)

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased frying pan from Amazon.ca website July 15. Product warped after several uses. Contacted manufacturer for exchange on August 31. Exchange has been processed and i was informed that the item will be shipped with estimated deliver in 8-18 days. Parcel received on October 7 (after my reminding email... where it was actually shipped on October 5th) with the wrong/different model replacement product inside. Contacted manufacturer to inform about it and got an answer: "Unfortunately, we do not have the model you had, which is why we have had to send the different model. Please note that we cannot process refunds, so if we can arrange to have you return the replacement, however, if you do go ahead with the return, please note that we have already sent you what we can offer and we cannot process a refund. " Tried to contact manufacturer multiple times since then with no reply or answer made. Pretty much they sold me defective product with lifetime warranty guarantee, failed to exchange it with a proper one and refused to arrange return/refund. All of the correspondence, pictures, labels etc available. Replacement product is unused and was not removed from the original packaging, since i don't need it and cannot use the one i've purchased. It looks like they just not interested in doing anything and prefer just to keep my money, that i won't let them do.

I now have to return this fry pan because it doesn't work on my induction stove. How irritating to not be able to rely on the product specifications. I'm not sure if they were provided by Cuisinart or Amazon. Can you please clarify?

Actually the non-stick coating is really tough as I put it in dishwasher against manufacturer's warning. The only problem with dishwasher is the coating on the outside will gradually peel off revealing the raw metal underneath. The non-stick surface is not compromised. I burnt my food a couple of times, a good over night soaking made cleaning a breeze. I will replace it with the same once this is completely destroyed.

I needed to replace a 1 quart Calphalon non stick pot because the non stick coating was all scratched up after 4 years. Never used anything but wood and silicone utensils in it and never washed it with anything other than a cellulose sponge, but it scratched just the same.Found this Cuisinart 1 qt non stick pot at a good price on Amazon and decided to order itIt is great ! Will continue to to use only silicone spatulas and wash with the same kind of spongeNow, my hope is that the non stick coating will last longer and not get scratched up like my old one
