Okay so I think I've been drinking this tea long enough for me to make a review. But I started drinking this September 2020, it's now July 2021. It HELPED me lose weight, but that is because I had a healthy diet and exercised. I only drink this tea whenever I had a "cheat" meal/day. I would drink this when I ate too much, and I needed a good detox to clean me out. I noticed it gave me the worst cramps when I ate too much greasy/unhealthy foods. I recommend to drink this before you go to sleep, depending on your diet, it might creep in on you after 6-7 hrs after drinking it. But expect it after 8-10 hrs after drinking. I steep 2 bags in an 8oz cup, that works for me. And I drink the tea twice a month so my body does not get used to the tea. This tea HELPED me lose weight, but this is not the magic potion to lose weight. lol. Recommend this for people who have a hard time with BMs.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this tea. I us it daily to help my digestive system since i always have issues with it. However I made my husband a tea and he was running to the restroom every 10 minutes for a whole day. So I guess just depends on your body.

Often purchase this product lasts about 6 months. Use it when dieting or when constipated / backed up. Great for detoxing the body. Depending on the person will have you going to the bathroom anywhere working 2 hours after drinking the tea up to 24 hours Later

I have been using this tea for two months and have not noticed any weight loss. It does keep me regular though. I suggest that you start with half a cup to see how your individual system reacts to it. I tried one cup in the beginning and realized this would not work for me as I'd be stuck in the house all day near a bathroom. While others have stated they have lost weight, that has not been the case with me. However, I am physically fit and active, I also do not eat junk food and stick to natural nutritional food. I will be having some blood work done in another month, that will tell me whether it actually helps with various lab results as others have claimed in their reviews. don't buy this the cramps are terrible, very painful and the diarrhea too. I did passed out in the bathroom from the pain, I never had fainted in my life until my son was knocking the door asking if I was ok he heard when I hit the floor, I woke up and had this horrible headache and confusion. Worst experience of my life!
