Gift Republic Yoga Poses

Love love these!! I have chronic pain and some days can only do the bare minimum and not follow a YouTube video. This allows me to pick movements for my body depending on where and how bad I have pain each day. So great when you just need so poses you had never seen before. Also a great way to ensure silence without a video in the background

What you expect, 100 yoga poses. Some can be hard to interpret what the pose is though as the drawings are blocky

I find I can pull a card at random and then create a practice around it. If you get stuck for what should be the main pose, this widens the repertoire so you don’t get stuck with your favourites x

Lovely size and very handy, with good range of poses included. As a novice I'd have needed more info on how to create a flow and what each pose is best for.

If you’re thinking to have the same quality as some deck worthy 20£, don’t get this one.It’s worthy for those who already knows the positions and just want a path to follow. Great value for the money!!
