Great products and customer service
Incy the Spider is very cute and doesn't disappoint. She looks just like in the picture; I'm not sure why another reviewer complained her face could hardly be seen? I don't find that to be true. Incy has little round feet on stringy legs, which bob about, for example, when climbing 'up the water spout', and she has shiny spider eyes. Overall a very cute puppet, which I hope to introduce into games, nursery rhymes and stories with my little one. I also found the customer service and speed of delivery from The Puppet Company to be excellent and would use them again.
